Own the strategic planning and roadmap for Circle's Partnerships function, connecting investments to company priorities and measurable outcomes, and providing direction to managers across multiple areas and operations Take ownership of the function's contribution to new business and other agreed performance goals, using outcomes to guide investment, development, and prioritization Build repeatable partnership programs and playbooks that scale successful webinars, challenges, creator campaigns, launches, and event activations Develop quarterly and annual partnership plans across creator partnerships, strategic relationships, campaigns, launches, events, and other high-impact opportunities Lead high-value creator and strategic partnerships, including relationship development, opportunity identification, deal strategy, negotiation, creative direction, and long-term growth Shape content and creative strategy for major partnerships, working with partners to develop ideas that resonate with their audiences, stand out in the market, and work effectively for Circle Bring leadership into partnership initiatives on a case-by-case basis when they may have cross-functional impact Apply marketing judgment to partnership development, including offer strategy, audience journeys, conversion opportunities, and ways to create greater value for Circle and its partners Develop a measurement framework for brand activities such as event sponsorships and activations, using data and insights to guide investment decisions Establish measurement, reporting, and decision-making frameworks, using performance and qualitative insights to improve future investments Support cross-functional teams in a consultative capacity on content-forward initiatives
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (CEFR C2 or equivalent) 10+ Years of experience building 6–7 figure strategic partnerships, creator programs, brand initiatives, or strategic growth programs in SaaS, technology, the creator economy, or a similarly fast-moving industry Strong business development skills, including pipeline management, negotiation, partner development, and cross-functional project management Performance marketing instincts and an understanding of how partnerships drive brand value and measurable business outcomes Deep understanding of Circle's customers, the creator economy, and the broader market, with a perspective on differentiated relationships and influence opportunities for Circle Experience developing high-value relationships, with sound judgment on deal structure, negotiation, partner dynamics, and long-term opportunities Strong content and creative instincts, with the ability to understand an audience, identify compelling stories, and translate Circle's value into ideas that feel native to a creator or partner Ability to move between brand strategy and performance, understanding how storytelling, offers, funnels, campaigns, and distribution work together Track record of turning successful one-off initiatives into scalable programs, systems, and playbooks Strong strategic planning skills and in-depth knowledge of the partnerships function, Circle's business strategy, and company-wide goals Ability to translate ambiguous, cross-functional situations into clear strategy and direction, anticipate needs, identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and keep the function ahead of the business Experience managing and developing teams through senior managers or managers-of-managers, setting expectations, delegating ownership, coaching judgment, and building autonomy Strong cross-functional leadership skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
