What we are looking for :
As a Business Development Lead / Director at Dynamic, you will be a founding member of our go-to-market team and play a critical role in driving adoption of our products across the fintech, stablecoin, and payments ecosystem. You'll report directly to the Head of Business Development and take ownership of your book of business, working with some of the most influential companies in both Web2 and Web3.
In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing, pitching, and closing high-impact deals. You'll also work closely with product and engineering teams to refine our offering and ensure long-term success for our customers. Your contributions will help shape our GTM strategy and define what excellence looks like in BD at Dynamic.
You'll be working across Dynamic's fast-growing customer base, partnering with industry leaders and emerging startups alike. This position requires strong sales acumen, strategic thinking, and a deep passion for Web3 and financial innovation.
Location : We're remote-first, but ideally you're based in New York, the Bay Area, or Miami. We'd love to have more of the team near our core hubs.
You will be a fantastic fit for this role if :
You bring 3 or more years of quota-carrying sales experience in fast-paced tech environments, with a strong track record of closing enterprise deals and consistently exceeding targets. You've worked in Web3, fintech, SaaS, or cloud software, and have developed deep domain knowledge in payments, stablecoins, and financial infrastructure. You know how to turn a spark of interest into a signed deal, and you're skilled at managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
Your network includes key decision-makers across fintech and Web3, and you know how to nurture relationships across multiple channels including Telegram, Slack, Twitter, and LinkedIn. You are highly organized, with excellent communication skills, and are comfortable managing multiple opportunities while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams. You are also passionate about the future of Web3 and believe in its potential to reshape how people transact online. Bonus points if you've been active in crypto communities or have hands-on experience with authentication or identity platforms.
You will :
Own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing deals across fintech, stablecoin, and payments verticals
Build and manage a robust pipeline using a combination of outbound prospecting and existing network connections
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at top companies, translating industry trends into actionable sales opportunities
Communicate clearly and consistently with prospects and clients across multiple platforms
Track and manage your sales activity and deal status using internal systems
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to align on feature requests, integration plans, and customer feedback
Contribute to shaping and refining our GTM playbook for financial services and Web3
