About the Opportunity:
We are a recruiting partner supporting a well-established and growing custom manufacturing company. Our client is expanding and has created a new Business Development Manager position to help drive growth across a wide range of industries.

This is a remote role with frequent travel to client sites. If you’re a high-performing B2B sales professional who thrives in a solution-driven, technical environment, this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact and earn top-tier commissions.

What You’ll Do:

Identify and close new business opportunities with companies needing custom manufacturing services

Build strong relationships with engineers, operations leads, and sourcing professionals

Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored manufacturing solutions

Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows (travel up to 75%)

Maintain and manage a strong pipeline of prospects through CRM reporting and performance tracking

What We’re Looking For:

3–5+ years of B2B sales experience in manufacturing, industrial, or technical services

Proven hunter mentality with consistent new business wins

Comfortable working with engineering teams to develop solutions

U.S. Citizen – no visa sponsorship available

Based near San Jose, CA or willing to travel frequently from a West Coast hub

No automotive industry experience – preferred backgrounds include aerospace, defense, medical, or industrial sectors
