Business Development Manager - Convenience Solutions

Join us at Sodexo as a Business Development Manager - Convenience Solutions and help drive growth in a dynamic environment. This remote role with local travel is ideal for candidates residing in Lakeland, FL; New York City; Phoenix, AZ; San Antonio, TX; or Los Angeles, CA.

As a key player in our team, you will identify new business opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and develop into a high-performing sales professional. Your role involves generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting transactional deals with short sales cycles.

Responsibilities
  • Research and identify prospective clients using CRM, social media, and territory planning tools.
  • Execute outbound call and email campaigns to promote Sodexo’s InReach convenience solutions.
  • Qualify prospects and pass leads to Sales Executives.
  • Build relationships with key contacts and nurture opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and analyze pipeline metrics.
  • Support inbound marketing campaigns and assist in closing deals.
  • Prepare proposals and client presentations in collaboration with marketing.
  • Develop a basic understanding of Sodexo’s services and industry trends.
