You are a closer of B2B services with contracts to commercial facilities and class A office property managers and considered a trusted advisor, intuitive, charismatic.

Join our client's team, as Business Development Manager for the greater San Fernando Valley, CA markets. A top 100 U.S. landscape company, making a meaningful impact in Southern CA, enhancing the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces for commercial clients!

In this role, you will:

  1. Create and execute a sales plan - grow market share of landscape maintenance services to CRE, and class A office facility clients.
  2. Network - Represent the company in industry associations, professional groups, chambers, and events.
  3. Prospect, Develop and Close - winning proposals that align with client objectives, company capabilities, and profit goals within the San Fernando Valley business and facility markets.
