You will build high-value client partnerships with general contractors and project owners, expanding the company’s market footprint.

You will leverage technical expertise, strategic networking, and an entrepreneurial mindset to secure major contracts and lead growth initiatives, with travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 to 10+ years of proven business development or sales in electrical utility or commercial construction.
• Track record of meeting revenue targets and growing client portfolios.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.

You will serve as the strategic driver of revenue growth, expanding E.C. Services, Inc.’s market footprint across commercial electrical construction and utility sales. This role empowers you to build high-value client partnerships in an environment that prioritizes personal growth and operational integrity. You will leverage your technical expertise and industry network to secure major contracts with top general contractors and commercial clients.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Identify, target, and secure new commercial electrical construction and electrical utility sales opportunities.
• Build and cultivate long-term strategic relationships with general contractors, project owners, and utility partners.
• Develop tailored business proposals and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to align sales strategies with emerging commercial demands.
• Collaborate with estimating and project management teams to ensure accurate, competitive project pricing.
• Track sales pipelines, manage account activity, and report forecasting metrics to senior leadership.
• Represent E.C. Services, Inc. at key industry trade shows, networking events, and corporate functions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 5 to 10+ years of proven business development or sales experience in electrical utility sales or commercial electrical construction.
• Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets and growing client portfolios.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
• Deep knowledge of commercial construction sales cycles, bidding procedures, and client account management.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Established regional network of commercial general contractors, developers, and facility managers.
• Technical familiarity with commercial electrical systems, distribution, and specialized control projects.

• $75,000 base salary plus 1% commission structure.
