Business Development Manager - Architecture Firm

We are a well-established architectural firm with over 40 years of industry experience, currently undergoing significant expansion. With operations spanning multiple countries and a diverse project portfolio, we seek a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive our growth strategy.

Job Summary

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving growth in sales and revenue by expanding our client base, identifying high-value opportunities, and ensuring client retention and satisfaction. Reporting to the COO, you will be key to our top-line growth, focusing on increasing sales, securing new clients, and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maximize Sales & Revenue
  2. Implement aggressive sales strategies targeting government, property development, and commercial sectors.
  3. Set and pursue monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  4. Identify emerging markets and new project opportunities.
  5. Develop innovative approaches to generate leads and secure contracts.
  6. Build relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
  1. Client Acquisition & Retention
  2. Focus on acquiring new clients from government, property developers, and commercial brands.
  3. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
  4. Manage and expand the client portfolio, positioning the firm as the go-to solution.
  5. Engage proactively with clients to understand future project needs.
  6. Optimize CRM processes for tracking data, leads, and communications.
  7. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and pursue new revenue streams.
  8. Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as revenue growth and client retention.
