Meet the Team

The Cloud + AI Infrastructure (CAI) team delivers a scalable strategy with local execution for data center customer transformation and growth. We are the worldwide go-to-market compute and data center networking engine, engaging with sellers, channel partners, and customers to fuel growth. The CAI team builds sales strategies, activates sellers and technical communities, and accelerates solution selling daily.

Your Impact

As a Business Development Manager - AI, you will drive the adoption of our AI solutions within the "Rest of Cloud" or (NCP) Neo Cloud Provider, including Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), emerging AI providers such as AI-native cloud builders, AI SaaS providers, and AI System Integrators.

You will identify potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions aligned with their operations. This role allows you to develop your own sales strategy to achieve targets through relationship building and cultivation.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 6+ years of technology-related business development experience unlocking revenue for innovative technology-based solutions.
  • Experience working with Venture Capitalists (VCs) or Private Equity (PE) firms funding AI projects and emerging AI companies.
  • Understanding of business issues of Cloud Builders and Providers (networking infrastructure, accelerated computing, data center technology, deep learning & machine learning).
  • Ability to communicate complex AI infrastructure concepts to diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting.
  • Experience connecting large-scale networking with AI infrastructure (data center/compute).
  • Knowledge of deep learning, data science, NVIDIA GPUs, and data workloads.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across Engineering and Marketing to develop and launch AI or Networking Infrastructure offers.
  • Team-player mentality focused on creating win-win outcomes.
