Position Title: Business Development Manager
Company: Signature Adjustment Group (SAG)
Location: Open – Preference for candidates based in Texas, Colorado (Denver), Nebraska (Omaha), or Missouri (Kansas City)
Compensation: $70,000–$90,000 base salary + commission (commensurate with experience)

Position Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team and lead efforts to expand SAG’s presence within a designated territory. This is a field-facing role focused on growing our client base by building strong relationships with insurance carriers, MGAs, brokers, and other key industry stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a background in the insurance industry or a related field (such as restoration, engineering, or forensic consulting), experience in B2B sales or client development, and thrives in a flexible, fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for generating new business, managing a pipeline, and becoming the face of SAG within your market.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Cultivate and manage relationships with insurance carriers, TPAs, brokers, and industry partners
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your region
  3. Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, and networking events
  4. Collaborate with SAG leadership and internal teams to align services with client needs
  5. Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular reporting on sales activities and pipeline status
  6. Attend industry events, conferences, and client visits—travel will be required
  7. Represent SAG’s brand and values in every interaction with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of successful sales or business development experience
  • Background in the property & casualty insurance industry or adjacent industries such as restoration, engineering, legal, or forensic consulting
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, independent, and capable of managing a sales pipeline
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and reporting
  • Willing and able to travel regionally and nationally as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
