Sentro Technologies is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new revenue and strategic growth across oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, and energy markets.
This is a hands-on hunter role focused on developing new customers, expanding existing accounts, and converting industry relationships into revenue. The position is ~70% individual sales and ~30% leadership, forecasting, and strategy.

Sentro Technologies provides patented industrial services to the oil & gas, petroleum, power generation, and energy industries. Services include industrial cleaning, chemical and tank cleaning, furnace and fin fan cleaning, inspection, vapor control, and other specialized industrial solutions.
Sentro is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new revenue and strategic growth within the oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, power generation, and energy markets.
This is a hands-on hunter role focused on developing new customers, expanding existing accounts, and converting industry relationships into revenue.
The position is approximately 70% individual sales and business development and 30% sales leadership, forecasting, and strategy. This is not a pure people-management position. The successful candidate will remain actively involved in prospecting, customer relationships, proposals, negotiations, and closing business.
The position requires willingness and ability to travel extensively for customer meetings, site visits, relationship development, and industry events.
Candidates should have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Equivalent relevant industry experience will also be considered.
Preference is given to candidates in the Gulf Coast / South Central region, particularly Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico.
Location is preferred, not required. Strong candidates elsewhere in the U.S. may be considered based on relevant industry experience, refinery relationships, and proven revenue generation.
