Select Medical - Outpatient Division in Tulsa, OK seeks a Business Development Manager to drive referrals and growth for our physical therapy services. The role emphasizes educating physicians and patients about our therapy options and building strong relationships with new and existing customers.

You will participate in community outreach, coordinate with the sales team, and support the overall strategy to increase patient volume while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• B.S. / B.A. degree required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Two years of sales or business development experience.
• Experience in outpatient therapy setting preferred.

Business Development Manager

Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

This position is responsible for educating physicians and patients about our physical therapy and specialty services, and ultimately generating referrals to increase overall patient volume.
