American Elevator Group is expanding its business development team to drive growth across Texas and Florida. The Business Development Manager will identify opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and partner with sales, marketing, and technical teams to expand revenue streams.
The role requires proactive, results-oriented professionals with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of managing proposals, terms, and contracts and traveling to meet clients.

Due to growth, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to work primarily in Texas and Florida.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Business Development Manager (BDM) plays a vital role in driving the growth and expansion of the company by identifying new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue streams. This position requires a proactive, results-oriented professional with excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. The BDM will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
