Job summary

Velociti Services is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team in Phoenix. You will prospect, qualify leads, and engage potential customers to expand our client base and support the sales pipeline.

You’ll work independently and with cross-functional teams, use CRM tools to manage a strong pipeline, and strive to meet or exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation.
• Proven ability to generate leads through cold outreach.
• Experience selling in facilities services preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Independent and team player.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (cold calls, email outreach, networking).
• Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings with decision-makers.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• Experience selling in the facilities services industry is preferred—this includes janitorial services, one-time jobs or projects, maintenance, and engineering services
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Marketing knowledge or experience is a plus
• Industry-specific experience not required, but a willingness to learn quickly is essential
