Job Title: Freelance Business Development Manager (Commission-Based)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Freelance Business Development Manager (BDM) who can identify, connect, and bring in clients needing IT solutions. Your primary responsibility will be client acquisition, and you will be compensated on a commission basis for each successfully closed client or project.

This is a remote, flexible, freelance role ideal for professionals with strong networks or experience in business development/sales in the IT services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and approach potential clients who require IT services and consulting
  • Generate leads through networking, online platforms, referrals, or outbound outreach
  • Understand client needs and align them with GrayCellAmerica’s offerings
  • Coordinate with the internal delivery team for proposals, pricing, and project scoping
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements/contracts with clients
  • Maintain long-term relationships with acquired clients for repeat business
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a BDM, Sales Executive, or similar role in the IT services industry
  • Strong understanding of IT service domains (e.g., data engineering, app development, cloud services, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Existing client base or network is a strong plus
