Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving The Davis Center’s services by developing strategic referral partnerships, increasing brand awareness, and generating new client referrals throughout the community. This individual serves as the face of the agency, building long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, senior living communities, hospitals, physicians, care managers, rehabilitation centers, hospice agencies, and other community partners.
Success in this role is measured by referral growth, new client admissions, revenue generation, community engagement, and the development of sustainable referral relationships. This position includes a competitive commission plan, giving the Business Development Manager the opportunity to be directly rewarded for the results they help create.

Qualifications:
Education:
?Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field).
Experience:
?Minimum 2 years of business development or outside sales experience.
?Healthcare sales experience is strongly preferred.
?Experience in home care, hospice, home health, assisted living, or senior services preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Salary and Benefits: Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 annually plus excellent commission plan
This position is full-time, exempt, 37.5 hours/week. Compensation is commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.
