Our Story + What Makes Us Special

Everytable was founded on the belief that healthy food is a human right and shouldn’t be a luxury product. Everytable is a purpose-driven public benefit company; working with us is a unique opportunity to be a part of making history by redefining and transforming the food system. We’re passionate about making a positive impact in the communities we serve through affordable food access, as well as economic empowerment and environmental well‑being.

We are an inclusive and diverse team of mission‑driven individuals fighting for food justice - where every community, every person and every table has access to fresh, nutritious, affordable, and culturally appropriate food. We’re looking for team members who aren’t afraid to shake things up and speak up for what they believe in. At Everytable, our team members are unique, outspoken, and have a sincere desire to make the world a more equitable place. If you are fiercely dedicated to equity and inclusion and have a conscious leadership mindset, Everytable might be the place for you.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • You will grow food service revenue by leveraging your knowledge and networks in homeless services, Title III / OAA, Medically Tailored Meals, Area Agencies on Aging, Philanthropy, government safety net programs, or other basic needs provision in Southern California.
  • With your impressive written and verbal communication skills, powers of negotiation, and creative problem‑solving abilities, you will build partnerships with B2B and B2G clients so together we can deliver delicious, nutritious, dignified meals to folks experiencing food insecurity.
  • By developing revenue‑driving partnerships, you will contribute to improving social determinants of health and transforming our food system.
  • We have a very attractive bonus‑based compensation structure.
How You Will Be Successful in this Role

  • Negotiate proposals and contracts that meet the needs of all parties
  • Work with internal operations teams on technical integration of institutional food service partnerships
  • Develop communications assets and marketing materials that feature Everytable’s successful food service partnerships and influence our target audience
  • Cultivate relationships with industry partners, non‑profits, trade associations, and customers to support policies aligned with Everytable’s goals
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to build Everytable’s brand with our key audiences; seek out speaking opportunities in these settings to funnel into contracting opportunities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, solidifying a high degree of trust and mutual respect among partners
  • Maintain deal/client records and information within the CRM system with updated partner opportunities, information, and activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting on strategic partnership contracts for financial and contract compliance purposes
