Remote Business Development Manager (Professional Services) - Los Angeles, CA

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Attract new and maintain existing customer relationships via phone, social media, face-to-face meetings, and email (awareness of social selling index via LinkedIn).
  2. Engage with decision makers (including executives) during the buying process.
  3. Target higher quality leads and leverage existing partnerships to expand the prospect funnel.
  4. Act as a market leader through connections with networking groups, trade associations, and social media groups.
  5. Engage in pre-call planning using market research to understand customer challenges, identify key stakeholders, and challenge customers to think about transforming their business while demonstrating understanding of their priorities.
  6. Provide consultative account management, post-sale support, frequent contact, and follow-up.
  7. Lead strategic market-related conversations with customers and present/upsell additional products based on client needs.

Your Attributes:

  • Staffing experience strongly preferred
  • B2B sales in sectors like Accounting, Engineering, Legal, Healthcare, Admin/Clerical, or Contact Support strongly preferred.
  • Vibrant attitude, competitive spirit, and love for challenges.
  • Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels, including C-suite, VPs, Directors, Managers, and peers.
  • Capability to grow a book of business locally based on sales skills and business acumen.
  • Proven success in meeting/exceeding weekly goals through innovative methods like Lead Generation, Vidyard, Zoom, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Ability to creatively use EmployBridge’s technology to reach clients and prospects.
