Are you a driven and strategic sales professional with a passion for helping clients solve complex challenges through innovative technology solutions? We’re looking for a Sales Development Manager with a Hunter profile to join our growing team and help accelerate our presence in the U.S. market.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-impact role where you’ll build trusted client relationships, craft value-driven proposals, and play a key role in expanding our consulting and managed services portfolio. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals — with a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and understand their strategic priorities.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, focusing on mid-size and enterprise clients across various industries.
  • Help position our capabilities in technology consulting, managed services, digital transformation, and innovation initiatives.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their strategic priorities and positioning act digital as a trusted partner.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, identify expansion opportunities, and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Track sales metrics, report on performance, and contribute to sales strategy refinement.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent

Main Requirements:

  • Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in technology consulting, digital services, or managed services.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with C-level stakeholders and IT decision-makers.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Based in the DFW area, with flexibility for in-person meetings and client visits as needed.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. – visa sponsorship is not available.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
