1-800-Packouts is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to grow referral partnerships and drive revenue across the Fort Myers territory, helping homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, and other damages.

You will build relationships with adjusters, agents, and contractors, develop a territory growth plan, and represent the company at networking events while pursuing monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in restoration sales or business development.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue or sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Professional appearance and presentation skills.

Responsibilities
