Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:

The Ideal Business Development Manager:

  • You build rapport easily and connect personally with everyone you talk to.
  • Astutely alert of the details: You will be nurturing a lead from inquiry to

qualification to close. Precision and follow up is essential.

  • You’ll proactively touch base with your clients, provide them tools and aid in

their success while making sure they’re on track.

  • Team Player: You’re resourceful, a collaborator, decisive and hold yourself

accountable.

Business Development/Sales experience is preferred

Bachelor Degree preferred
