Prudential Overall Supply, based in Carson, CA, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new B2B sales in a defined territory. You will prospect, present to clients, and manage the sales pipeline to close deals.

This field-based role offers uncapped commissions, a clear path to six-figure income, and a first-year OTE of $85,000–$100,000+. A base salary of $55,000 plus benefits supports a rewarding long-term career.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven success in new account acquisition.
