What You’ll Do

• Develop and optimize marketing strategies focused on rapid audience growth and engagement
• Advise on social media content plans, campaign ideas, and platform-specific tactics
• Identify growth opportunities across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics based on analytics
• Collaborate with the founder and marketing team to align on messaging and brand voice
• Suggest tools, partnerships, or trends we can leverage to accelerate traction

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in social media growth marketing or personal brand building
• Strong understanding of digital trends and social media algorithms
• Experience in or interest in real estate, investing, or financial content
• Creative mindset with ability to think outside the box and move fast
• Bonus: experience working with influencers, UGC strategies, or viral campaigns
