Job summary

Forms+Surfaces is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth across the New England region, focusing on Site & Outdoor product systems. This role is market-facing, influencing projects early and carrying opportunities from concept through realization.

You will operate at the intersection of design, construction, and manufacturing, building relationships with landscape architects, architects, owners, and contractors to shape specifications and deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience building relationships with A&D professionals.

• Familiarity with construction ecosystem.
• Track record of moving projects from concept to completion.

It is a market-facing position responsible for influencing projects early, navigating complexity, and carrying opportunities from concept through realization.

You will operate at the intersection of design, construction, and manufacturing.
