Job summary

Skilled Wound Care is seeking a Market Closer to own the Atlanta, GA territory in the SNF and Long-Term Care sectors. This full-cycle sales role rewards autonomy and results, with no ceiling on earnings and robust leadership support.

You’ll leverage your proven track record closing long-term care contracts to drive growth and build lasting partnerships with healthcare facilities. Ideal candidates bring 2–10 years of sales success, SNF fluency, a team-first mindset, and integrity.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years of documented sales success closing contracts in long-term care, skilled nursing, or wound care.
• Deep SNF fluency – you know how facilities operate and how decisions get made.
• Team-first mindset with the drive to perform independently.
• Unwavering integrity – your word is your brand.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Comfort with a road warrior schedule (4–5 days travel per week).

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Sales: Own the entire process from outreach to contract execution within the SNF and Long-Term Care sectors.
• Territory Development: Identify high-value targets and build your market expansion strategy.
• Clinical Value Selling: Articulate the ROI of our physician-led wound care model to C-Suite and administrators.
• Relationship Management: Build deep, lasting partnerships with SNF owners and regional directors.
• Team Collaboration: Share field intelligence, surface needs, and contribute to a strategy that lifts everyone.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $100,000 – $150,000
