Sales Xceleration Recruiting in Atlanta is seeking a Business Development Executive who thrives on opening doors, building relationships, and turning opportunities into revenue.
You will own the full sales cycle, prospect strategically, target construction and industrial accounts, and travel about 25-50% of the market.
Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 with uncapped commission and an annual OTE of $120,000 to $150,000+, reflecting performance and market growth.
Are you a true new-business hunter who loves opening doors, building relationships, and turning opportunities into revenue? What if the solutions you sold could also help protect people and save lives?
We're hiring a Business Development Manager to build and grow the Atlanta, GA market for an established, growing company providing critical jobsite safety and fall-protection solutions.
You'll be responsible for creating opportunities, winning new customers, owning the full sales cycle, and building a territory you can be proud of.
The strongest fit is a hunter + consultative seller—someone with the grit to get the meeting and the sales ability to turn that meeting into a long-term customer.
Construction Experience? Great. Not Required. Experience selling into construction, building materials, industrial safety, PPE, roofing, scaffolding, equipment rental, HVAC, field services, fire protection, facilities or other commercial environments can translate extremely well. We're more interested in whether you can hunt, build relationships and close than whether you've sold this exact solution before.
High performers should be rewarded for the business they create. You'll join an established, family-owned organization with approximately 25 years in business and 110 team members, but you'll have the autonomy and visibility to make a real impact.
The culture is built around respect, honesty, integrity, hard work and serving others. And the product you're selling isn't a nice-to-have—it helps companies proactively reduce risk and protect the people working on their jobsites.
If you're energized by competition, new business, relationships, ownership and building something, we'd love to talk. Come build your market—and make an impact that goes beyond the sale.
