Tri Scapes is seeking a dynamic Commercial Landscape Maintenance Business Development Manager to drive growth, expand the client base, and lead strategic sales initiatives in the landscape maintenance sector. This role requires strong relationship-building, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

You'll use Salesforce to manage leads, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with marketing and operations to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven experience in business development within landscape maintenance or related industry.

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Landscape Maintenance Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives within the landscape maintenance sector. This energetic leader will drive strategic business development efforts, expand our client base, and foster long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders. Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to increase market share in commercial landscape maintenance
• Identify and prospect new clients through targeted outreach, networking, and industry events, leveraging CRM systems like Salesforce to track leads and opportunities
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for upselling or contract renewal
• Lead negotiations and deal closing processes with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements aligned with company goals
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that highlight service offerings and attract new business
• Coordinate cross-functional teams—including operations, project management, and sales—to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and project execution
• Utilize Salesforce Cloud and other CRM software to manage client data, track sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and analyze market trends
• Prepare strategic proposals, presentations, and reports that support decision-making and showcase value propositions to potential clients

Skills

• Proven experience in business development management within the landscape maintenance or related industry preferred
• Proficiency in CRM systems (i.e Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for prospecting, relationship management, and sales tracking
• Exceptional sales negotiation skills coupled with the ability to close deals efficiently while maintaining positive client relationships
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating proposals, reports, and presentations
• Expertise in strategic planning, market analysis, and enterprise selling techniques to identify opportunities for growth
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients at all levels—building trust through clear, professional dialogue
• Demonstrated leadership in team management and cross-functional collaboration to achieve shared objectives
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using effective project management practices
• Experience in marketing strategies that support business growth initiatives within the landscape or facilities management sectors

Pay

Base: $70,000 - $90,000 + Uncapped commission earnings based on sales
