Job summary

Auberle Group's Employment Institute seeks a skilled program leader to drive workforce development initiatives in Pennsylvania. You will promote the program's mission, design scalable employment pathways, and build strong relationships with employers to expand opportunities for participants.

You will analyze labor market data, write proposals, and guide team members to deliver impactful employment outcomes while ensuring quality improvement and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with program design.
• Experience growing programs and establishing relationships with private sector businesses.
• Experience with budgeting.
• Proven track record of creating and executing goals.
• ACT 33/34 and FBI Clearances.

Responsibilities

• Promote the Mission and Values of Auberle and the Employment Institute program.
• Utilize employment and labor data and cultivate employer relationships to expand pipelines.
• Research and apply national best practices in workforce development.
• Market programs to ensure utilization by eligible participants.
• Assist in proposals and standardize the Employment Institute model for replication.
• Lead and motivate team members to implement innovative solutions for career outcomes.
• Maintain Quality Improvement goals and objectives.
