Job summary

Workplace Elements in Denver is seeking a Business Development Associate for our 3d-identity studio. You will grow our client base, split time between ongoing deals and new relationships, and manage proposals, pricing, and client meetings.

Ideal candidates are self-starters with 2–4 years in coordination or BD support, strong communications, and a track record in design or construction-related fields. This is a full-time, in-office role with local travel required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in coordination, estimating, proposals, marketing, or BD support.
• Experience in architecture/design/construction or environmental graphic design is a plus.
• Hunter mindset with initiative to build new business and relationships.
• Strong business sense: understands pipeline, revenue, margin and cost estimates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with professional client presence.
• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple deadlines.
• Proficient with CRM, MS Office, Google Workspace; AI tools; NetSuite or InDesign a bonus.
• Bachelor's degree not required; relevant experience weighed equally.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of active pursuits with timelines and meeting prep.
• Lead proposals and RFPs with input from designers and project managers.
• Develop project scopes and fee estimates based on needs, complexity and risk.
• Research and qualify new leads via events, referrals, LinkedIn, and AI tools.
• Represent 3d-identity at industry events and manage select accounts.
• Stay updated on local market projects and share strategic insights.
• Keep NetSuite updated and participate in forecasting and pipeline reviews.
• Coordinate kickoff for new wins and hand off to delivery team.
