We are seeking a Business Development Lead – Automotive Enterprise to deepen and grow our partnership with key automotive customers and partners in Europe.

In this pivotal role, you will champion the adoption of NVIDIA's AI, simulation and accelerated computing platforms across the Enterprise and Operations functions of our customers and partners. The ideal candidate blends technical literacy in AI and accelerated computing with a strategic business development attitude and shown commercial go-to-market experience. You understand the automotive development lifecycle and can translate NVIDIA's platform capabilities into tangible business outcomes. A passion for business growth and the ability to navigate complex customer landscapes from engineering to C‑suite are critical.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Serve as the trusted strategic advisor, problem solver, and champion for customers and partners in the Automotive industry and ecosystem
  • Engage with customer and partner business teams, technical leaders, and decision-makers to identify goals, tackle business challenges, and guide them in their AI journeys
  • Foster innovation speed and positive business impact by highlighting the value of groundbreaking technologies in solving real world problems in the Automotive industry
  • Accelerate critical business opportunities
  • Map, track, and monitor the partner ecosystem to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate multi-functionally with solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing to drive engagement
  • Supply actionable insights from field engagements to influence product roadmaps
What We Need To See
  • Master degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • A minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in strategic technology-related functions, technical business development, technical sales or consulting, including significant hands‑on experience in the Automotive and AI ecosystem
  • Shown ability to structure and implement complex engagements, prioritize opportunities, and collaborate with large and diverse groups of internal and external partners
  • Experience in business case development, executive presentations, and delivery of technical or business workshops
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to distil complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Significant domain proficiency with the Automotive AI Ecosystem
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd
  • Successful history of identifying and closing strategic partnerships with positive impact and business outcomes
  • Familiarity with AI, and/or accelerated computing platforms
  • Track record in developing positive senior partner relationships in the Automotive industry and/or ecosystem
