Job summary

Balfour Beatty US is seeking a Business Development Assistant to support the regional team by conducting market research, tracking opportunities, maintaining CRM data, coordinating client engagement activities, and assisting with proposal development.

This role offers exposure to construction marketing, preconstruction, and client relationship management, reporting directly to the Director of Business Development.

Qualifications

• Experience researching or managing projects in an academic or professional environment.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong writing and proofreading abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Participate in CRM updates and maintenance with project and employee data.
• High School Diploma is required.

Responsibilities
