Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in inverter-based resources, data centers, AI, manufacturing, and/or energy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset, capable of influencing engineering, operations and executive teams.
• Self-starter with a bias for action, thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment, and is comfortable building from scratch.
• Proven problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Research and profile target accounts across solar, BESS, and data center markets.
• Maintain and enrich the CRM; keep pipeline data accurate and current.
• Track market developments; synthesize into usable intelligence.
• Prepare account briefings, meeting materials, and follow-ups.
• Help translate technical content into customer-facing collateral.
