Job summary

Heron Power, a startup focused on cutting-edge power electronics, is seeking a Business Development Associate to support the BD team in building partnerships with major energy and data center developers.

You will own research, pipeline, and materials that feed live customer engagements, translating technical content into customer-facing collateral and maintaining CRM data with precision.

Heron Power builds cutting-edge power electronics for the 21st-century grid. We aim to debottleneck the growth of electricity generation and consumption with scalable, innovative, and less costly hardware solutions, accelerating the electrification of everything.

Job Overview

As a Business Development Associate, you will support the BD team building Heron's partnerships with the largest energy and data center developers. You'll sit close to live commercial work and own research, pipeline, and materials that feed real customer engagements.

• Self-starter with a bias for action, who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment, and is comfortable building from scratch.

• Proven problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior experience selling inverters, power electronics or new energy hardware products to first-of-a-kind deployments.

• Familiarity with utility-scale project development, procurement, and commissioning.

• Understanding of medium-voltage systems and applications in renewable energy or data centers
