Compensation: Base salary $185,000–$250,000 (DOE) + Commission Based on Top-Line Revenue

The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a true hunter—an experienced Business Development Executive who thrives in building relationships from scratch and closing new logos. This is a pure acquisition role with no inbound leads. You will drive your own pipeline and bring in new clients who can benefit from nearshore back office support.
