Job Title: Business Development Executive – Back Office Outsourcing (Remote, U.S.-Based)

Location: Remote (U.S.-based only)

Compensation: Base salary $185,000–$250,000 (DOE) + Commission Based on Top-Line Revenue

The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a true hunter—an experienced Business Development Executive who thrives in building relationships from scratch and closing new logos. This is a pure acquisition role with no inbound leads. You will drive your own pipeline and bring in new clients who can benefit from nearshore back office support.

If you have experience selling outsourcing, shared services, or professional services and are ready to make a direct impact, this is your opportunity to do so with full leadership support and delivery capability behind you.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full business development lifecycle—from prospecting and cold outreach to closing signed deals
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to target finance, operations, and shared services leaders
  • Build relationships with C-level decision-makers across mid-market and enterprise organizations
  • Leverage compelling sales materials and leadership support to communicate our value proposition
  • Collaborate with company leaders to ensure smooth handoff and solution alignment post-sale
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets and earn commission based on company top-line revenue from your deals

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success in a similar hunter role, ideally selling BPO, outsourcing, finance-as-a-service, or professional services
  • Strong business acumen and ability to articulate value to CFOs, COOs, and other senior leaders
  • Self-starter mindset with the discipline to build and manage your own pipeline from scratch
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
  • U.S.-based and authorized to work without sponsorship
  • Comfort working in a fully remote, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment
  • Existing book of business or network that could translate into qualified opportunities
