Your New Role

As our Business Development Executive, you’ll be the face of Immaculate Restoration in Las Vegas, NV , driving both B2B and B2C growth. You’ll :

Host lunch & learns to connect with key decision-makers

Build relationships with facilities managers and insurance agents

Hit the field daily with cold calls and targeted outreach

Close new deals and keep the pipeline full

Track your activity in our CRM to ensure full visibility

Crush your sales goals weekly, monthly, and annually

3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the Restoration industry and in outside sales or B2B / B2C environments

Associate’s degree or higher

Proven ability to hit and exceed sales goals

Strong communication and presentation skills

Comfortable using a CRM to track outreach

Must have a clean driving record

Background check and drug testing required
