We are on the hunt for a dynamic, innovative, and highly motivated Solar Business Development Executive to join our fast-growing team in the energy industry. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving our solar power business to new heights. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in business development and a deep understanding of renewable energy markets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar energy sector to expand the company's market share and increase profitability.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government entities.
  • Conduct extensive market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential business partners.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the successful execution of projects.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to network with potential clients and stay updated on industry developments.
  • Lead the negotiation and closing of deals, ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities, market trends, and sales performance to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the solar energy sector.
  • Proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the solar energy market, including key players, market dynamics, and government regulations.
  • Exceptional negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities to evaluate market trends and customer behavior.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and other business development activities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
