Overview

Our client, a publicly listed Chinese corporation, is a leading OEM/ODM manufacturer of telecommunications equipment and application products, ranking in the top 2 in the industry. As part of their strategic international expansion, they are seeking an accomplished Sales Leader based in the US to lead business development in the US market.

What You Will Do
  • Identify new Switch/EAP product opportunities in the North American enterprise market
  • Develop sales account strategies to grow the enterprise product business
  • Identify customer needs and translate them into sales and business opportunities
  • Coordinate technical support for demos, PoCs, evaluations, and training
  • Support collaborative sales efforts to grow assigned product lines
  • Prepare market and account intelligence reports for strategic decision-making
  • Anticipate customer needs and execute sales strategies to become the vendor of choice
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet business goals and quotas
  • Respond promptly to RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs in collaboration with internal teams
  • Engage in continuous learning about products
  • Participate in internal overseas video and mobile conference meetings
What You Will Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or computer science; MBA preferred
  • Over 8 years of experience in Telecommunications, Broadband Networking, or Wireless industries
  • Strong knowledge of the US Enterprise market, especially Switch/EAP products
  • Established relationships with US Enterprise Network product suppliers and vendors
  • Experience working with Asian electronic ODMs
  • Leadership skills, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
  • Negotiation and decision-making skills
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales and business development goals
