Business Development Director, Insurance Services

Salary to $225K plus bonus plus strong employee benefits

Our client is a financial strong insurance services company who are now looking for an experienced property and casualty sales professional to work in their New York City office.

Duties Include:

• Spearhead new and existing business development insurance carriers, brokers, adjusting and related firms
• Manage sales/marketing of products and brand management
• Manage a smaller team of professionals
• Partner with underwriters, brokers and law firms
• Preparation of contracts and proposals

Candidate Should Possess:

• Probably 10 years plus sales management experience within the insurance adjusting, TPA or insurance services sector
• 4 year degree preferred
• Ability to travel on a very frequent basis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independent and under little supervision
