National Arbitration and Mediation (NAM) is a fast growing, private equity backed leader in the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services market. We're hiring a Business Development Director to join us on the ground floor of building and scaling our sales organization.
This is a relationship-driven sales role for someone who earns the trust of experienced litigators and articulates what NAM and our neutrals uniquely bring to a particular matter.
Location: New York City Metro Area · Remote
Base salary: $150,000-$175,000 per year (good faith estimate). Total target compensation, including incentive pay tied to relationship milestones and case volume generated, is expected to fall in the $250,000+ range.
