As a key member of the company’s business development leadership, the BD Director reports directly to CEO and is responsible for developing and executing business development strategies related to the company’s product pipeline. This includes driving partnerships, licensing, co-development, and other forms of strategic collaborations. The role will also oversee the CRO services BD team, optimizing business operations and expanding the company's global presence.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Develop and maintain client relationships in the U.S., promote the company’s antibody research and development-related CRO services, and manage the full project transfer process, ensuring smooth execution from project initiation to delivery.
2.Independently identify and follow up with potential clients, drive cooperation intentions, and close deals.
3.Coordinate internal team resources to ensure efficient project alignment and delivery.
4.Participate in industry conferences and promotional activities to increase the company's influence in the North American market.
5.Identify project collaboration or strategic alliance opportunities to drive local business development.
Qualifications:
1.Master's degree or above, with a background in biopharma, immunology, antibody drugs, or related fields preferred.
2.At least 1 year of experience in overseas business development, sales, or partnership expansion, with a background in antibody CROs or pharmaceutical companies preferred.
3.Familiarity with the U.S. biopharma industry, with an established network of industry contacts or clients preferred.
4.Strong independent working ability, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and cross-cultural communication capability.
5.Fluent in English, with proficiency in Chinese
