Are you an experienced Business Development leader with a strong background in the construction industry? The Weitz Company is hiring a Business Development Director to join our Industrial team! The Business Development Director will lead the Business Development team to grow our business by identifying, pursuing, and developing relationships with potential clients. This role will oversee the team's development and acquisition of new business, proposals, presentations, owner contract negotiations, market research, strategic planning, advertising and public relations, and marketing support personnel. If you love building long-lasting client relationships and having a direct hand in the success of a company, this could be a great opportunity! (Must be willing to travel based on business needs.)
