Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, a leading global law firm with offices across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Coordinator to join our award-winning Business Development team.

The Coordinator will support business development goals and activities for our Litigation practice and others, managing day-to-day activities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include assisting with planning, coordination, and execution of client-centric strategies, engaging with all levels of the firm to enhance communication, networking, and project management skills.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, responsive, analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with the flexibility to work overtime as needed.

This role offers a chance to contribute to a top-tier Am Law firm and will be based in Philadelphia with a hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Draft and coordinate pitches, RFP responses, and presentations under senior team guidance.
  2. Edit and format correspondence, presentations, and visual materials, collaborating across departments.
  3. Coordinate logistics for meetings and calls.
  4. Support cross-team initiatives and maintain business plan documents.
  5. Track business development activities and action items.
  6. Conduct research and prepare reports to support initiatives.
  7. Assist with data collection, basic analysis, and event support.
  8. Help develop content for business development events and follow-up activities.
  9. Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and approval processes.
  10. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities.
  11. Respond to ad hoc assignments and collaborate with teams under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least three years of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings, managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication, writing, proofreading, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to new technology.
