The Business Development Coordinator achieves optimal utilization of Brentwood’s continuum of care by developing and maintaining direct referral relationships in designated market(s).

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
  1. Establishes contact with potential referral sources; demonstrates skill in identifying the most viable potential referral sources within particular target market(s).
  2. Cultivates relationships with prospective referral sources, generating desire on their part to utilize Brentwood's services.
  3. Actively supports the hospital's ongoing referral development program; provides useful suggestions to supervisor regarding assignment of staff to referral teams or activities.
  4. Assists supervisor in carrying out other marketing activities; willingly participates in additional assignments as necessary.
  5. Offers assistance to co-workers and supervisor when appropriate.
