The Business Development Coordinator maximizes Brentwood’s continuum of care by developing and maintaining direct referral relationships within designated markets.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Establish contact with potential referral sources; demonstrate skill in identifying the most viable sources within target markets.
2. Cultivate relationships with prospective referral sources, encouraging them to utilize Brentwood's services.
3. Support the hospital’s ongoing referral development program; suggest strategies to enhance referral activities.
4. Assist the supervisor with marketing activities and participate in additional assignments as needed.
5. Assist co-workers and supervisors when appropriate.
