Job summary

Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking a proactive BDC Coordinator to join our team in Bethesda, MD. The BDC Representative will handle inbound and outbound communication with potential and existing customers to generate sales and service appointments.

You will schedule appointments, qualify leads, follow up with interested customers, and maintain accurate information in our CRM while collaborating with sales, service, and management to meet dealership goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with vehicle sales and service needs.
• Schedule sales and service appointments, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for customers.
• Identify and qualify sales leads, converting them into opportunities for the sales team.

What we look for

• Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or call center role is preferred; experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
