Ferguson Accounts LLC is a dynamic financial services firm offering outsourced accounting, FP&A, and CFO services to help businesses gain clarity and control over their financial operations. We work with startups, service-based companies, and growth-stage businesses to support their back-office and strategic financial needs.

What You’ll Do
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new client leads for Ferguson Accounts’ accounting and CFO service packages.
  • Conduct discovery calls and present the value of our services to small and mid-sized business owners.
  • Collaborate with internal team to understand service offerings and client onboarding process.
  • Maintain a pipeline and track activity using basic CRM tools or reports.
  • Follow up with leads, answer basic questions, and help move prospects through the sales funnel.
What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field)
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close sales in a B2B setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Professional demeanor with strong follow-through and organizational skills

Preferred:

  • Prior experience working with or selling services for anaccounting firm, CPA, or financial services company
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping, financial reporting, or CFO-level services
  • Existing network of small business owners or entrepreneurs
Compensation

This is a1099 contractor rolecompensated on a100% commission basis.

Commission structure includes:

  • Flat-rate or percentage of each closed contract (details provided in interview)
  • Additional incentives or bonuses for exceeding monthly/quarterly sales goals
