RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Hire and train your team. Make sure that all team members understand their role and the importance of customer care, productivity and professionalism at all times.

· Appointment confirmation 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment.

· Processing payments and invoicing and other miscellaneous office duties

· Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries

· Follow up calls to maintain high satisfaction rating with guests

· Review heat cases with management team

· Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise

· Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying

· Maintain office supplies for your team

· This department will oversee Orlando MINI, Fields BMW Daytona Beach, Winter Park, South, and Lakeland locations.

QUALIFICATIONS

· At least three years’ management experience in a business development call center.

· Automotive experience a plus!

· Team player attitude

· Prompt and courteous

· Enthusiastic personality

· Must have strong computer skills

· Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Experience using Microsoft Office suite

· Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously

· Hours for this position are Full Time
