Job summary

Germain Honda of Dublin is seeking a hands-on BDC Manager to lead our internet sales operation. You will guide a high-volume BDC team, optimize lead response times, and work closely with sales leadership to convert opportunities into showroom visits and vehicle sales.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and CRM expertise, with a focus on process improvement and accountability in a fast-paced dealer environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a BDC or internet sales team in a dealership environment.

As the BDC Manager, you will lead internet sales operation for a high-volume, fast-paced Honda dealership looking for a proven leader who can develop people, improve processes, and turn more opportunities into showroom appointments and vehicle sales.
