Germain Honda of Dublin is seeking a results-oriented Business Development Center (BDC) Manager to lead the internet sales operation at our high-volume Honda dealership in Dublin, OH. The role calls for a proven leader who can develop people, optimize processes, and convert opportunities into showroom appointments and vehicle sales.

You will oversee the BDC team, drive performance through data, and partner with sales leadership to maximize opportunities while maintaining top-quality customer

Qualifications

• Automotive BDC, internet sales, or dealership management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent phone, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable managing performance through reports and measurable goals.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes and lead management.
• Able to work effectively in a high-volume dealership environment.
• Positive attitude with a high level of personal accountability.
• A leader who is willing to work alongside the team - simply manage from an office.

Responsibilities
