Germain Honda of Dublin is seeking a Business Development Center (BDC) Manager to lead the internet sales operation at our high-volume Honda dealership in Dublin, OH.

You will develop people, improve processes, and turn more opportunities into showroom appointments and vehicle sales by coaching the BDC team and collaborating with the sales staff. The role requires strong leadership, CRM expertise, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize conversion rates daily.

Qualifications

• Automotive BDC, internet sales or dealership management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a hands-on approach.
• Excellent phone, communication and organizational abilities.
• Able to manage performance through reports and measurable goals.
• Solid understanding of CRM processes and lead management.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train the BDC team to ensure high-quality customer interactions and appointment setting.
• Monitor and optimize lead response times (calls, texts, emails) to maximize conversions.
• Improve appointment-set, show, and sold percentages.
• Collaborate with sales managers and salespeople to maximize opportunities.

As the BDC Manager, you will lead internet sales operation for a high-volume, fast-paced Honda dealership looking for a proven leader who can develop people, improve processes, and turn more opportunities into showroom appointments and vehicle sales.
