Qualifications

• Degree and relevant experience in design/architecture environment.

Responsibilities

• Support business development efforts to identify and pursue new project opportunities
• Assist with client outreach, follow-up, and relationship management
• Coordinate materials and presentations for client meetings, interviews, and new business opportunities
• Maintain and update client, developer, builder, and industry contact databases
• Track prospective projects, leads, proposals, and ongoing business development activities
• Research potential clients, markets, communities, and development opportunities
• Coordinate follow-up efforts with current and prospective clients
• Support leadership with business development initiatives, meetings, and outreach
• Attend industry events, conferences, networking functions, and client events as needed
• Plan and coordinate client, networking, and company events
• Maintain business development calendars, proposal deadlines, and pursuit schedules
• Track leads, client meetings, opportunities, and follow-up items
• Assist with market research and competitive analysis
• Coordinate internal meetings related to business development opportunities and pursuits
• Support leadership in developing targeted client outreach and relationship building efforts
• Identify relevant industry organizations, conferences, sponsorships, and networking opportunities
• Contribute to presentations and visual storytelling that help communicate the firm's capabilities and win new work
• Coordinate proposal submissions, qualifications packages, and marketing outreach
• Develop and update business development presentations, brochures, and marketing packages
• Assist in assembling client-facing proposals and presentation materials
• Maintain organized libraries of photography, presentations, project information, and marketing assets
• Coordinate with architectural and design teams to gather project information, imagery, and supporting materials
• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, messaging, and overall visual identity
• Coordinate local and national award submissions
• Assist with project photography coordination and organization of completed project imagery
• Manage and coordinate company social media content and scheduling
• Coordinate website updates with internal teams and outside vendors
• Work with client marketing teams to coordinate project photography, launches, and promotional materials
• Assist in creating digital and print content for project announcements, company news, and industry recognition
• Maintain organized libraries of photography, presentations, project information, and marketing assets
